I employ a multi-faceted collaborative approach to psychology. I work with you to come up with strategies to help make life a little easier. Our working relationship is built on trust and respect. My goal is to help people cope with unexpected problems, chronic pain, mental health concerns, grief, brain injury, academic stress, improving personal relationships, etc. I also have experience helping family members of those who are struggling. I provide individual therapy to people aged 18 to 65.
