Our 6-week childbirth class covers the stages of labour and birth, hands-on pain-coping techniques, hospital information, medications, cesareans, newborn information, informed consent, communicating with your care team, baby care basics & breastfeeding and more. We offer small classes with six couples to help build community and a supportive environment. Choose a class at one of our Vancouver Midwifery Clinic locations.
