FireDUp by ChefD is a Wood Fired BBQ. Belmont Village location is closed for the winter. JOIN US at the Kitchener Market every Friday and Saturday 5pm to 9pm. Starting January 7th. Celebrity ChefD (Darryl Fletcher) is a well-known host, guest and speaker on television and radio. ChefD just finished his eighth season of his popular cooking show, ‘At Home with ChefD’ on Rogers TV and his third season of ‘At the Cottage with ChefD’. He is the author of two cook bookettes, Maple Madness, and Garlic Madness. Not only is he the corporate chef to Nutrafarms Inc., Piller’s Fine Food and Bothwell Cheese, he has prepared meals for Blue Rodeo, Michael Bublé, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Diana Krall, Melissa Etheridge, not to mention the late BB King and Stuart McLean as well as many others. ChefD believes in sharing his passion for food with others, and keeping recipes simple, easy, and incredibly tasty!
