At Mindful Movement we believe movement heals. We know every body and every person is unique in their needs. We provide the individual attention necessary to meet you exactly where you’re at to support you in your journey towards your health and movement goals. We are located in the heart of Ocean Park. We are a fully equipped studio using all of the Pilates apparatus equipment in our classes.
