I offer Registered Massage Therapy, CranioSacral, Workshops, and Retreats. My approach encourages regulation of the Nervous System first, to then address deeper layers. My trainings in both modern education and traditional practices have harmonized, offering a unique soulful experience. I have been creating space for body, mind and spiritual well-being for over 9 years.
