Plus Size Yoga | XL-Yoga | Victoria

I offer yoga classes online and in person for those in larger bodies who think that they can't do yoga. As a larger person myself, I know how yoga can look impossible but you can do yoga with adjustments, and some props found at home. Yoga is movement, yoga is breath, yoga can improve your life.
