The Owner and Founder of Chic Lash Boutique, Tiffany Nguyen, has been a Lash Extension Specialist for over 10 years. Her specialty is in the Russian Volume technique. In 2019, she won the 1st place award for the Best Lash Technician at the Worldwide Beauty and PMU Festival. Tiffany worked at 3 of the top boutiques in Vancouver.
