Philip E. Layton and Mackay Centre Schools are for the deaf blind, visually impaired and their associated disabilities. Our schools provide a safe, caring academic environment for children and young adults from the ages of 4 to 21 years of age. Both schools are housed together in a new and modern accessible building with state-of-the art equipment and facilities.
