VIU Students' Union
Students at VIU have been organized through the Students' Union since 1969. Realizing the importance of having a voice on campus, they formed an institution-wide organization to represent their interests. Since then, VIUSU has been providing students with advocacy, services, and events that would not exist without a strong student-run organization that is independent from VIU and government.
